Shrimp Oil

Shrimp Oil, extracted from crack, break or chopped shells into pieces and cooked over high heat with oil, then reduced to low heat and cooked for at least 3 hours. Once cooled for at least 2 hours, strain and allow solids to drain off.

Shrimp oil is also a good source of omega-6 and omega-3 fatty acids, in addition to astaxanthin antioxidants, which may have a variety of health benefits. It is mainly used in western cuisine, soup and many other dishes.

Usage Directions

Seasoning Oil (0.5-1% = 2-3 drops)

All types of cooked food or snacks

Preparation Instruction (2 Pax):

  • Fry 250g of noodles or rice with meat and vegetables
  • Turn off heat after frying
  • Put 2-3 drops of oil and mix well
