Shrimp Oil, extracted from crack, break or chopped shells into pieces and cooked over high heat with oil, then reduced to low heat and cooked for at least 3 hours. Once cooled for at least 2 hours, strain and allow solids to drain off.
Shrimp oil is also a good source of omega-6 and omega-3 fatty acids, in addition to astaxanthin antioxidants, which may have a variety of health benefits. It is mainly used in western cuisine, soup and many other dishes.

- Fry 250g of noodles or rice with meat and vegetables
- Turn off heat after frying
- Put 2-3 drops of oil and mix well
