Green Curry Oil

Green Curry Oil, is the extracted oil traditionally made by pounding in a mortar green chillies, shallots, garlic, galangal, lemongrass, kaffir lime leaves, cilantro roots (coriander), and cumin seeds, white peppercorns, shrimp paste and salt.

Usage Directions

Seasoning Oil (0.5-1% = 2-3 drops)

All types of cooked food or snacks

Preparation Instruction (2 Pax):

  • Fry 250g of noodles or rice with meat and vegetables
  • Turn off heat after frying
  • Put 2-3 drops of oil and mix well
