Brown Sauce Seasoning Powder

Brown Sauce is a condiment served with food, normally dark brown in colour. The ingredients include a varying combination of tomatoes, molasses, dates, apples, tamarind, spices, vinegar, and sometimes raisins. The taste is either tart or sweet with a peppery taste.

Brown sauce is typically eaten with meals such as full breakfasts, bacon sandwiches and chips. It is also a well-known steak sauce composed of ale, wine, ketchup, black pepper and butter for the western cuisine.

Usage Directions

Seasoning Powder (5%)

Chicken, Meat, Seafood or Vegetables

Preparation Instruction (2 Pax):

  • Mixture 10g of seasoning powder and 30g of water to boil in heat
  • Stir until mixture turns to thick gravy
  • Pour over to 200g of meat and serve
